Policy, Privacy & Information Collection
Shipping Costs:
Postage within Australia is calculated automatically by the shopping cart and is capped at $10.00.
You will be advised by a Bio Living team member if extra delivery charges are applicable and asked for further instructions in relation to the order.
Delivery:
To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick up options. However, you may choose to have your parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your front porch). We’ll ask you to select your preferences at checkout in the delivery instructions field. Should you give us authority to leave your parcel, Bio Living and our freight providers will not be held repsonsible for parcels left unattended.
Delivery Timeframe:
Orders are not despatched until goods are paid for. Please allow up to 5 business days for VIC, NSW, TAS, SA & ACT Metropolitan areas, and up to 14 business days for Regional areas within Australia and QLD, WA & NT Metropolitan areas, from the date of cleared payment for delivery. Should an item not be available at the time of order, you will be contacted within 2 business days by a Bio Living team member for further instructions.

Shipping Destinations:
Bio Living only ships within Australia and New Zealand. The Shopping cart calculates freight for orders within Australian and some New Zealand orders where applicable. In the instance where there is no freight cost calculated at the shopping cart, please contact Bio Living for a confirmed quote.
Remote Area Charges:
Western Australia, remote NSW and QLD and Northern Territory attract may incur extra delivery charges and is dependent on location, size and weight of your order. You will be advised by a consultant if extra delivery charges are applicable and asked for further instructions in relation to the order.
International Orders:
The Shopping cart only calculates freight for orders within Australia (except those mentioned above). This freight charge does not apply to international orders - a Bio Living representative will contact you via email with a confirmed quote. Payment is required on acceptance of the email quote and goods will be despatched once payment is cleared.
Secure Payment Area:
In order to access our secure payment area you will firstly need to login as either an existing or new customer. You will see this login screen when you click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. Please fill in the appropriate section ie. Either Section 1 for EXISTING online customers or Section 2 for NEW online customers. Please retain your username and password for you next visit to the Bio Living site. For your security, your username and password are not registered with Bio Living and cannot be retrieved. Should you lose or forget your password it will be necessary to re-register as a new Bio Living customer.
Returns:
Whilst all care is taken Bioliving International Pty Ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods once they have been despatched from our warehouse. Should you be concerned about loss and and damage which may occur during delivery, please add a further $7 (within Australia) to cover the cost of insurance and contact us by requesting that your package be sent with insurance.
Certification:
Since Bio Living has been in existence, only one thing counts for us: to produce genuine organic products. The standard for this is the most stringent possible.
Privacy: Online Ordering Information:
Bioliving International Pty Ltd offers organic and vegan products available for purchase online. When you place an order for product online from the Bio Living internet store, we collect information associated with the transaction. This information includes your name, contact details, email, mailing address, products ordered & payment information. We ask for this information so that we may fulfill the order or catalogue request. We use secure technology to protect credit card data during transmission, and adopt careful internal procedures to safeguard this information in our systems.
When you place an order your information will be registered for future orders as well as while completing your online order. For those who choose to register, we will capture your login name, name and mailing address, alternate ship-to addresses, and credit card information. When a registered person returns to the site to place subsequent orders, they can identify themselves with login name and password. Please note that passwords are not retained and as such cannot be forwarded to you in the event that your password is misplaced. If passwords are forgotten you will need to recreate a new customer record. This policy has been adopted to ensure your privacy and protection.
At the conclusion of each transaction your payment details are deleted and will need to be provided each time you make a purchase in the Bio Living Store.
When you place an online order, we will send a confirming e-mail message. In the future, we may also send an occasional newsletter or e-mail featuring a special promotion or product that may be of interest to our customers. When you request information or place an order online, we add your name and address to the mailing list for Bioliving International Pty Ltd. The Bioliving Group of Companies currently incorporates Bioliving International Pty Ltd, Holle Australia, Organics4Kids and Lavera Australia. If you do not wish to receive our mailings, you can return the email to us and request that your name be deleted from our mailing list database. On no occasion are your details forwarded to any third party outside the Bioliving Pty Ltd group of companies without your written consent except in the following instance: - We may disclose personal information if we believe that the disclosure is required by law, or in response to a legal request.
If you have recently moved, or are planning a move in the near future, you should let us know of the change of address and we’ll be sure to update our records.
Other information we collect online: Like most websites, we use “cookie” technology to track the total number of visitors to each of our sites. We do not automatically extract personally identifiable information in this process. The “cookie” technology will only be used to track non-personal information such as type of browser, operating system, and domain names to customize the website for each visitor and to improve the visitor’s online experience.
